Ebeneezer Scrooge hated Christmas Because He Loved Jacob Marley
After Marley’s death, the emptiness consumed everything around him. Without his partner, Scrooge found he neither cared what hardships he caused others or what he endured.
Until a spectral Marley visits him, warning of a tortuous, posthumous destiny. One which is avoidable if only Scrooge can remember what Marley always showed him: love and gratitude.
Aided by the Ghosts of Past, Present and Future, Scrooge will spend Christmas Eve remembering his life and witnessing what it will become should he not change. Hoping he can find a way to remember how to love those around him, and most importantly, himself.
